Overview:
The Inn at Perry Cabin is seeking a motivated and experienced Bar Manager to lead our bar team, maintain efficient operations, and deliver an outstanding guest experience. The Bar Manager will be responsible for all aspects of the bar, including staffing, inventory management, compliance with health and safety regulations, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for patrons.
Staff Management : Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise bartenders and bar staff; provide coaching and performance evaluations.
Operations Oversight : Ensure smooth daily bar operations, including opening and closing procedures, cleanliness, and equipment maintenance.
Inventory & Ordering : Monitor inventory levels, place orders for beverages and supplies, and minimize waste.
Customer Service : Deliver excellent guest experiences, handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, and maintain high hospitality standards.
Financial Management : Track sales, manage budgets, control costs, and maximize profitability.
Compliance & Safety : Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal liquor laws and health regulations; maintain documentation as required.
