Learn more: **Disney Engineering: Role Spotlight | Industrial Engineering - YouTube** **This internship is a full-time commitment in the Anaheim, CA area from August - December 2026.** **What You Will Do** + Conduct Industrial Engineering analysis projects, particularly in operational planning support, workload planning and forecasting, capacity utilization, and efficiency/process improvements + Ensure the appropriate methodology, measurements, tools and quantitative techniques (e.g. data collection, computer simulation, statistics, process flow analysis, etc.) are applied in projects + Lead and participate in team efforts and work on projects which require interfacing with all levels of cast and management **Required Qualifications & Skills** These are the minimum qualifications you need to be considered for this position: + Proven strong verbal and written communication skills + Proven strong interpersonal skills + Proven strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision making skills + Willingness to learn new software application **Preferred Qualifications** + Prior related work experience with a focus on problem-solving **Education** **Currently enrolled in an Industrial Engineering program with an intended graduation date on or after December 2026.** + Cumulative GPA of **3.0 or higher** (please note: no rounding) - **_transcript submission is required_** **Eligibility Requirements & Program Information** **_Candidates for this opportunity MUST meet all of the below requirements:_** + Be enrolled in an accredited college/university pursuing a degree taking at least one class at time of application **OR** currently participating in a Disney College Program or Disney Internship. + **_Current Disney Interns, College, International, or Culinary Program Participants:_** You may only work for **ONE** consecutive year (12 months) in any combination of an internship and/or program. + Must be at least 18 years of age + Must possess unrestricted work authorization **Additional Information** + Able to have a consistent, reliable work schedule throughout the internship + Fully available to work full-time (40 hours per week) from **August - December 2026.** + Fully available **Monday - Friday and occasional evenings and/or weekends** depending on project needs + Able to provide own housing for the duration internship program in the **Anaheim, CA** area + Able to provide reliable transportation to/from work and across Disneyland Resort property for on-site projects The pay rate for this role in CA is $30 per hour.
