District Manager to oversee multiple centers in the Las Vegas area. We’re a brand built on confidence, excellence, and delivering an exceptional guest experience.
About The Role. This is a
hands-on, sales-driven leadership role . As a District Manager with European Wax Center, you will drive top-line growth, coach high-performing teams, and ensure every guest leaves feeling confident and cared for. Success in this role means understanding that
ticket volume, memberships, and guest loyalty are key to thriving centers.
Key Responsibilities - Oversee the performance and operations of 5+ European Wax Center locations (5 centers in Las Vegas, NV and 1 center in Los Angeles, CA), ensuring each meet or exceeds sales goals and operational standards.
- Drive ticket volume, average ticket growth, and membership sales through effective coaching, accountability, and strategic sales initiatives.
- Be a visible leader on the floor, training and inspiring teams to confidently upsell products, promote services, and close membership conversions.
- Analyze center performance metrics to identify opportunities for growth in productivity, profitability, and guest retention.
- Recruit, develop, and retain top talent to build motivated, results-driven teams with a culture of accountability and excellence.
- Champion and enforce consistent execution of the European Wax Center brand standards, operational procedures, and guest service protocols to ensure a best-in-class experience at every visit.
Requirements What We’re Looking For - 3–5 years of multi-unit management experience, ideally in beauty, wellness, salon, retail, or other service-focused industries.
- A sales-oriented leader with a proven ability to drive revenue through team development and sales coaching.
- Strong understanding of KPIs and business levers, including guest count, average ticket, membership penetration, utilization, and productivity.
- An energetic, people-focused leader with exceptional communication, problem-solving, and motivational skills.
- Passion for the beauty and wellness industry, with the drive to maintain European Wax Center’s reputation as the experts in revealing beautiful skin.
- Ability to travel outside of Las Vegas, NV.
Compensation & Benefits - Base salary of $75,000 with a bonus opportunity between $21-$27k (tied directly to achievement of sales and operational metrics) for a total compensation of $90-100k.
