Assists the manager of a geographic territory, region, location or unit that has an impact on corporate, business unit, or organizational objectives. Contributes to the establishment of strategies and plans, and implements business objectives. Works with management to manage and allocate financial and employee resources. Is responsible for selecting, coaching, and developing employees and responsible for management of employee salaries. Implements and supports Company programs and policies
• High School diploma or GED; or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
• A minimum of two years experience in the Operations, Power Delivery, Customer Service, Metering, or Field Services and/or equivalent work experience within the electrical industry.
• Ability to influence customers and employees actions toward meeting customer requirements and toward customer service guarantees.
• Communication and interpersonal skills to communicate expectations, coach employees, provide feedback, and work collaboratively with other departments.
• Valid driver’s license and willing to travel as needed.
• Must live within 50 miles of the Ogden, Utah area.
• Related College Degree (Business - Management, Administration, or Human Resources)
• Experience supervising/managing union employees
• Metering and/or Field related experience in the electrical industry
