• Serve as the first point of contact for clients and customers, providing exceptional service and assistance.
• Manage and respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media platforms in a timely manner.
• Maintain accurate records of all communications and interactions with clients.
• Collaborate with team members to develop communication strategies and campaigns.
• Assist in the creation of engaging content for various communication channels, including newsletters and social media posts.
• Monitor social media channels and engage with clients to build a positive online presence.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with clients.
• Proficiency in using various digital communication tools and social media platforms.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
