Position: Executive Housekeeper
Location:Smyrna, GA
Schedule:Monday – Friday 10am – 3pm (Additional hours if needed)
Compensation:$35 – $45 (DOE)

Overview:
A private family is seeking a professional and mature Executive Housekeeperto maintain their 6,500-square-foot residence in top condition. The ideal candidate is calm, highly organized, and experienced in caring for fine homes. This role is centered on maintaining a clean, tidy, and welcoming environment for the family and their children (3–4 in the home).

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform full housekeeping duties including deep cleaning, dusting, vacuuming, and surface care

• Maintain overall tidiness and organization of all areas within the home

• Keep the home decluttered and orderly on a daily basis

• Monitor household supplies and inform the family when restocking is needed

• Identify and communicate any maintenance issues or items needing repair

• Coordinate with outside laundry service as all laundry is sent out

• Ensure common areas and children’s spaces remain organized and clean

• Work respectfully around children and family schedules

• Maintain confidentiality and a professional demeanor at all times

Qualifications:

• Prior experience as a housekeeper or executive housekeeper in a fine home or luxury environment

• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage a large home independently

• Calm and composed disposition; able to adapt to a family environment

• Excellent communication skills; responsive and proactive

• Discreet, trustworthy, and respectful of family privacy
