Forsyth Seafood is a woman minority owned restaurant and fresh market that has been serving the community quality seafood for over 30 years! We are looking for positive people to add to our team. As a Team Member, you will become an important member of a fast-paced team that serves up the best seafood in the Piedmont Triad.
What We're Looking For:
We are looking for an industry professional experienced in fast casual food service. Position would require frying and broiling preperation of all seafood in our kitchen during service. Position will also require plating of dine-in as well as take out orders. Position will also require cleanliness of kitchen counters, floors, inventory stock, and subject to set up and end of the night break down. This position operates under the direction of the Owner & Operating Chef and Assistant Managers.
Requirements:
You must be ServSafe Certified
You must have a least 3 years of food service experience
Must have worked with back of the house and front of the house professionals
You must be at least 16 years old
You must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with your team
Culinary degree/certification not a requirement but is encouraged
Must be familiar with line service
Must have great communication skills and work well in groups
