Job Description

LIVE-OUT NANNY with travel, PALM BEACH

Start date: August 2025

Child: 1 child, approx. 5 months old at time of hire

Schedule: Live-out,  Tues/Thurs/Fri and Sat/Sun. Must be available from 10 am to 10 pm, 50 hours per week guaranteed, even if not all hours are needed.

The nanny must have the flexibility to work morning, afternoon, or evening hours and weekends

 

A wonderful couple on Palm Beach are looking for a full-time, live-out Nanny to work with them caring for their newborn child. This position will start in August 2025 to take over for the Baby Nurse, and will best suit an educationally minded Nanny who works well with hands-on parents.

 

All regular Nanny duties will be included in the role, including but not limited to:

- Hygiene requirements (diapering, bathing, dressing)

- Feeding (bringing to Mom to feed, preparing bottles, washing pump parts, etc)

- Adhering to schedules – sleep, eating

- Introducing foods (purees, then onto solids, including homemade purees and preparation of these)

- Food prep

- Tidying of nursery and playroom, including toy cleaning/ sanitizing and rotation

- Baby laundry

- Driving to activities and outings as required

 

Travel will be required in this role the beginning of June through the end of July, to Rhode Island. A private bedroom and bathroom will be provided, and a similar schedule will remain in place (some flexibility required). There will also be other travel for vacations throughout the year, including international travel.

 

About you

The right fit for this role will be a Nanny with;

-7+ years of experience as a professional Nanny

- Credentials or prior experience in Early Childhood Education/ Child Development etc, 

- A collaborative approach – you must work well with hands-on parents, and be willing to undertake other baby-related tasks when parents are spending time with the baby

- A current passport and willingness to travel

- Proficiency in speaking English and bilingual a plus
