Why Join Us? • Fun, friendly, and growth-minded team • Supportive leadership and mentorship • Opportunities for continuing education and professional development • Competitive pay, benefits, and a clinic culture that actually cares Responsibilities: • Talk to patients and assess their physical condition including any injuries or mobility issues • Use physical therapy on patients to reduce pain and improve mobility as advised by doctor • Create treatment strategies using a range of therapeutic methods for each patient • Maintain accurate records of patient treatment and follow all applicable policies and procedures • Evaluate and interpret findings from the patient's tests results and assessments Support Quality Patient Care • Work side-by-side with physical therapists to help patients complete their individualized treatment plans. Guide them through prescribed exercises and therapeutic activities with confidence and care T rack Progress Report Outcomes • Closely observe patients during sessions, document key milestones or challenges, and share timely updates with the supervising PT to ensure optimal treatment adjustments Deliver Hands-On Treatment • Administer therapeutic interventions—such as guided stretching, manual techniques, and equipment-assisted therapy—under the direction of the PT, ensuring each session is safe and effective Educate Empower Patients • Clearly explain home exercises and treatment goals to patients and families, answering basic questions and encouraging active participation in their rehab process Keep the Clinic Safe and Organized • Maintain clean, organized therapy spaces and ensure equipment is functioning properly to create a safe, efficient environment for both patients and staff Collaborate as a Team • Work closely with physical therapists and support staff to deliver a seamless, positive treatment experience. Communication and teamwork are key Be a Patient Advocate • Uplift and motivate patients every step of the way. Celebrate their wins, encourage them through challenges, and help them stay focused on their goals Follow Standards Protocols • Adhere to all clinic procedures, safety guidelines, and documentation protocols to maintain compliance and high-quality care standards Grow Your Skills • Stay engaged in ongoing learning by keeping up with the latest techniques, research, and continuing education opportunities in the PT field Qualifications: • We require a bachelor’s degree and a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) • Must pass the National Physical Therapy Exam (NPTE) • This position requires excellent analytical skills, communication skills, and observational skills • Must have a current state license to practice in the state you reside in • We prefer candidates with some previous experience working directly with patients in a healthcare setting About Company: Join the #1 Physical Therapy Practice in Little Falls, NJ!
