Seeking an energetic and passionate problem solver to lead the continuous improvement process in soup operations by engaging in activities that add value to plant safety, product quality, and conversion cost. Utilize practical continuous improvement tools to address and identify performance issues and find ways to run processes more efficiently with less waste. Work closely with all plant personnel to lead change.

Compensation and Benefits:
The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between
$78,000-$112,100Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
