Marketing Coordinator (Temp-to-Hire)

Location: On-site – Los Angeles, CA

Schedule: Full-time | Monday to Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Salary Range: $58,000 – $70,000 per year ($27.88 – $33.65 per hour)

Start Date: ASAP

About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and driven Marketing Coordinator to support the execution of marketing initiatives across multiple platforms. This position plays a central role in managing timelines, deliverables, and communication between internal teams, freelancers, and agencies. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments, takes ownership of tasks, and maintains high standards in every aspect of execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and track marketing initiatives across internal teams, contractors, and external partners
• Manage workflows related to TikTok Shop, Amazon Seller Central, Shopify , and Klaviyo
• Draft clear creative briefs for designers, writers, and content creators
• Organize and distribute assets, ensuring all deliverables are completed on time
• Track and report on key performance metrics (ads, email, influencer campaigns, etc.)
• Handle urgent marketing requests with calm, strategic prioritization
• Utilize AI tools and automation software to optimize team efficiency
• Maintain accurate documentation, calendars, and project timelines

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a marketing coordination or project management role
• Strong internal drive, accountability, and commitment to excellence
• Operates with urgency and precision—delivers quickly without sacrificing quality
• Exceptionally organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
• Comfortable using tools such as Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, Klaviyo , etc.
• Proficient in project management tools like Asana, ClickUp, Trello, or monday.com
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Must be available for full-time, on-site work in a collaborative office environment
