We are seeking a knowledgeable and enthusiastic Remote Vacation Planning Specialist to assist clients in designing and booking their ideal vacations. This role includes researching destinations, recommending travel options, and coordinating reservations for accommodations, transportation, and activities. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for helping others explore the world.
Work directly with clients to assess travel needs, preferences, and budgets
Research and recommend destinations, accommodations, and package options
Coordinate and confirm bookings for flights, resorts, cruises, tours, and other services
Provide clear information regarding travel documentation, policies, and itinerary details
Monitor deadlines for payments and travel confirmations
Maintain accurate client records and manage trip-related communications
Offer pre- and post-travel support for adjustments, updates, or inquiries
Previous experience in travel, hospitality, or customer service is preferred
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Basic computer skills and familiarity with online booking tools
Detail-oriented with strong time management and multitasking abilities
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Must be 18 years or older with a reliable internet connection and personal computer
