Job Description

Retail Store Assistant Manager (1701935) $50,000 - $60,000 annual DOE + Profit Share

Grants Pass, OR 

Full Time; Salary

Culture:

» We are seeking a results-driven and customer-focused Retail Assistant Manager to lead daily operations. This individual will be responsible for overseeing sales performance, staff development, inventory control, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate brings a combination of strong leadership, operational expertise, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced retail environment.

Daily Workflow:

» Answer phones and respond to emails in a professional manner.

» Monitor sales performance and develop strategies to achieve or exceed revenue and profitability targets.

» Provide technical guidance to customers and professionally address concerns.

» Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment.

» Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant environment, in accordance with company policies and safety standards.

We’re Seeking (skills, education, and screenings):

» High school diploma or equivalent (Required)

» Proven experience in a supervisory role

» Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other office software

» Proficiency in point-of-sale systems, inventory software, and basic reporting tools

» Regular attendance and adherence to prescribed work schedule to conduct job responsibilities

» Mechanical or electrical aptitude is desirable but not required

» Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks, including standing for extended periods

» Must pass a drug test , background check, and DMV check

Schedule:

» Monday – Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm; Saturday 9:00 am - 4:00 pm
