Purpose: EFCO is looking for a dependable and detail-oriented
Spray Painter to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for delivering high-quality painting of products and equipment according to our company standards. This position plays a key part in ensuring the safety, organization, and operational excellence of our painting department.

Essential Functions Painting & Production (60%) - Prepare and paint products and equipment, including the application of Nox-Crete, per company guidelines.
- Operate spray paint guns, paint booths, and towveyors safely and efficiently.
- Perform routine maintenance and preventive care on painting equipment.
- Conduct quality audits and make necessary corrections.
- Keep accurate paint and equipment logs.
- Operate material handling equipment and complete additional duties as assigned.
Work Area Maintenance (10%) - Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace, including tools and equipment.
- Keep all storage areas tidy and properly labeled.
- Ensure proper placement and labeling of all materials and products.
Safety (15%) - Follow all federal, local, and company safety regulations.
- Use personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
- Report or resolve unsafe conditions or equipment malfunctions.

Position Qualifications - High school diploma or GED.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Physically able to perform labor-intensive tasks in all weather conditions.
- Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused.
