Job Description
Summary We’re looking for a creative, forward-thinking
Videographer & Creative Content Specialist to help us grow our social media brand. This person will handle both the
production and some editing of video content , while also contributing to the
creative strategy and concept development behind our campaigns.
Responsibilities - Plan, film, and edit short- and long-form videos for social media platforms.
- Develop creative content ideas and strategies that align with our brand voice and marketing goals.
- Collaborate with our agents and marketing team to capture video content at listings, events, and community activities.
- Stay up to date on social media trends, algorithms, and best practices to maximize engagement and reach.
- Create video content optimized for each platform — including Reels, TikToks, YouTube videos, and LinkedIn posts.
- Capture b-roll footage and assist in photo content as needed.
- Operate and maintain professional video, audio, and lighting equipment for both in-studio and on-location shoots.
- Manage media assets, project files, and backups to ensure organized, efficient workflows.
- Contribute creative ideas for new formats, storytelling styles, and innovative approaches that push our brand’s digital presence forward.
- Collaborate across departments to brainstorm and execute engaging visual campaigns.
- Maintain a strong understanding of current social media video trends and best practices.
Qualifications - Proven experience in videography, video editing, and social media content creation.
- Strong storytelling ability with a creative mindset for idea generation.
- Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar editing software.
- Experience with professional cameras, lighting, and audio setups.
- Familiarity with social media analytics tools and performance insights.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Portfolio or demo reel showcasing prior video work is required.
- FAA Drone license or willingness to obtain it is a requirement.
