Title: Vistex Business Analyst

Location: 100% Remote

Duration: 12+ month contract

Job Description:

The skillset ideally is a mix of general business knowledge in the Pharma Contracts/Rebates space as well as Vistex technical understanding and soft skills. The human and process landscape here is complicated, and the role requires bridging gaps between existing business team members, product owners, and technical design and solution implementation people. Primarily they would be responsible for two things capturing the requirements/conceptual design for Vistex component in a multi-platform business process/solution; and supporting various business teams with questions or issues with the current implementation.

• Expertise in Rebates and chargebacks within Vistex. Two main priorities - capturing the requirements/conceptual design for Vistex component in a multi-platform business process/solution; and supporting various business teams with questions or issues with the current implementation.
• Business Analyst skills - specifically with general business knowledge with Pharma Contracts and Rebates.
• Ability to bridge gaps between existing business team members, product owners, and technical design and solution implementation teams
• Expertise in Rebates and chargebacks within Vistex are the priorities. Additionally, ability to confidently speak to both Business and technical teams is key.
• Need them to be a leader in the space, not someone to just fill a gap in the project .

Logistics:

• Fully Remote (Being in PA is a huge plus given that's where a lot of the team is but not a requirement)
• Would be longer term contract (1+ year) or Contract to hire.
• Timeline: Interviews next week with 2 Directors (likely 1 and done and if they can coordinate together).
• Ideally would like this person to start in 3-4 weeks
